How our floor cleaning process works.
Firstly, we vacuum the floor areas. Removing loose debris and dust.
With a specialist rotary cleaning machine we will scrub in our professional floor cleaning solution. As a result, deep, ground in dirt is lifted to the floor surface.
This is because we are using a leading brush plate rotating at around 450 rpm. Getting into a the grouting and hard to reach pockets of the floor surface. This image shows our machine in action, preparing the floors before we use our industrial vacuum system to remove all of the slurry left behind after scrubbing.
RINSING AFTER RECOVERING THE WATER POST SCRUB
Most of the slurry / dirty water is recovered back into our dirty water tanks in our machine.
We will then use a professional flat mop cleaning system to rinse the floor.
We will often do this up to three times. This ensures that the floor surfaces are completely clean and dirt free. As a result, when we re seal the floor surface, no dirt or dust will remain, leaving a perfect floor surface.
We strive to get all flooring back to their original condition.
THE FINISHED ARTICLE
Rich and once forgotten colours are back. We tend to use a matt floor sealer as it looks more natural.
We apply two coats of floor sealer on each job. Because of ingredients in some floor cleaning products, we advise our customers to use warm and soapy water, followed by a clear water rinse.
This ensures that the floor sealer isn’t damaged by harsh cleaning chemicals.
Wood floor polishing
We also offer wood floor polishing and cleaning. This wooden floor was dull and lifeless due to layers of domestic cleaning products building up on the surface.
For this reason people get us in annually to clean and polish their wood floors.
After using a cleaning pad with ECO cleaning solutions, we switched to a white burnishing disc.
This really brought the floor to life, with a subtle shine. This left the floors looking fresh and clean, our customer was very happy!
Our company is also members of the NCCA. We have attended training courses and passed examinations to become full members. This gives our customers peace of mind.
