- How often do you suggest carpets should be cleaned? – We suggest getting your carpets cleaned on a yearly basis. Even if they look clean, fibres will holding lots of trapped particulate & germs.
- Will our carpets get dirty again faster after cleaning? – Not with our system.. If a company uses a cheap detergent based cleaning system, soap residues remain in the fibres. When they dry, sticky residues will attract dirt & dust.
- Will our carpets shrink?- Our efficient carpet cleaning equipment will recover most of the water used in the cleaning & rinsing process. This reduces the risk of shrinkage. We will also examine the carpet first. Some carpets require dry cleaning.
- Will we be left with strong odours after cleaning?-No. Our cleaning solutions are odourless and have no synthetic smell.
Are you fully insured? Yes we are. We hold liability insurance as well as treatments risk insurance. As a result, our customers are fully covered when we are working in their home.
How quickly will our carpets dry – Drying times are usually around 4-5 hours. This can depend on the type of carpet that you have and atmospheric conditions. With dry cleaning, you can use the cleaned areas immediately.
Will every stain come out? – We have a very high stain removal success rate. Some marks such as bleach marks, wood dye and UV shading are damage and not stains. Also, if domestic type carpet sprays have been used before our visit, these can reduce our success rate.
How long does it take? – We usually spend around 30 minutes when we are carpet cleaning in Hastings for an average sized room. It should be noted that this time may increase due to certain stain treatments before cleaning.
